ATTORNEY BIO

Attorney Frank Su has lived in various cities in Northern and Southern California since immigrating to the U.S. from Taiwan at the age of seven. He grew up in Los Angeles, and graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 1997 and Pepperdine School of Law in 2002.

At UCLA, attorney Su majored in Physiological Sciences, a pre-med field of study which has been useful in helping him understand the biology and physiology of clients’ injuries. During his second year of law school, he took and passed the Patent Bar administered by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, becoming a registered patent agent while in law school. After graduating from law school in May 2002, he passed the California State Bar in July 2002 and was sworn in as an attorney in early 2003.

From 2003 to 2005, attorney Su practiced civil litigation insurance defense, representing insurance companies in various civil disputes including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, personal injury, construction defects, and bad faith insurance denials.  In 2005, he began exclusively practicing workers’ compensation law. In 2017, after over a decade of representing employers and insurance companies, he began representing injured workers and plaintiffs.

Attorney Su currently resides in San Francisco with his wife Teiko and daughters Mika and Isla.
